Project 1: Professional Therapist Training Program

We developed a structured training system from zero to mastery through our Pakar Terapi Bimbingan and Mentee Terapi programs.
This initiative goes beyond teaching massage techniques — it instills discipline, ethics, and professional values in future therapists.
Scope:
- Hands-on training in Deep Tissue, Stretching & Relaxing Massage
- One-on-one mentorship with founder (Saowanee)
- Uniform system, ethics, and SOP modules
- Real-client practical sessions

Over 12 mentees have become full-time therapists, handling real clients with consistent quality.
Project 2: Digital Booking System (SaoPlus)

We built a custom digital system to simplify mobile massage bookings for clients.
Scope:
- Mobile app with integrated calendar & slot selection
- Promotion & discount code integration
- Therapist matching based on location
- Real-time therapist scheduling system

Project 3: International Massage Championship Preparation

Event: Southeast Asia Massage Championship, Mövenpick Sepang
We prepared our lead therapist for international-level competition with full training and presentation planning.
Scope:
- Choreographed massage routines (Asian & Freestyle)
- Stage preparation: uniform, posture, technique refinement
- Professional performance & confidence building

Project 4: Therapeutic Product Packaging Design
Client: Saowanee Authentic Thai Massage

We created packaging designs for our exclusive massage and wellness products, turning therapy into take-home care.
Scope:
- Aromatherapy oil bottles, balm jars, herbal compresses
- “Healing Box” premium gift packaging
- Consistent brand styling with uniforms & logo
- Sustainable & eco-friendly materials

Products are now used in sessions and sold as daily self-care kits. The packaging enhances our premium identity and client trust.
Project 5: Therapy Workshop & SPA Collaboration
Client: External SPA owners & wellness partners
Date: 2024–2025
We collaborated with spas facing therapist shortages and offered focused training workshops for their staff.
Scope:
- Thai therapy technique training for external staff
- Co-branding partnerships (under Saowanee brand)
- Practical placement of mentees at partner locations
