We are committed to offering massage services that align with Islamic values, uphold modesty and privacy, and ensure professional and ethical conduct in all aspects of operation.

1. Same-Gender Therapist Matching

All massage sessions are strictly matched by gender.
👉 Female clients will only be treated by female therapists, and male clients by male therapists (if applicable). This is to respect Islamic boundaries and customer comfort.

2. Modesty and Privacy

Client modesty is our top priority.
👉 All clients will be fully covered with towels or sarongs throughout the session. Only the treatment area is uncovered when needed. No surveillance cameras are allowed inside treatment rooms, and only the therapist may enter.

3. Prohibited Services

We strictly prohibit any activity that violates Islamic values.
👉 This includes sexualised massages, inappropriate touching, “body-to-body” techniques, or the use of non-halal products like alcohol-based oils. Unethical behavior is not tolerated.

4. Halal-Certified Products

All oils and products used are carefully selected.
👉 We use alcohol-free and halal-certified products, free from animal-derived ingredients that are not properly slaughtered or certified. We prioritize purity, cleanliness (ṭayyib), and safety.

5. Therapist Dress Code and Ethics

Therapists are expected to behave and dress modestly.
👉 Clothing must be loose-fitting and cover the body appropriately (e.g., long sleeves, long pants). Therapists are trained to maintain boundaries, avoid unnecessary conversation, and remain professional throughout.

6. Respect for Islamic Practices

We honour prayer times and Islamic values.
👉 No appointments are scheduled during Friday prayers for Muslim male staff. Time is given for prayers. Music used during sessions is instrumental or nasheed-based, or no music at all.

7. Client Rights and Choices

Clients have the right to feel safe and in control.
👉 Clients may stop a session at any time if uncomfortable. They may also request female-only therapists and private spaces. We accommodate special requests related to faith and comfort.

8. Compliance and Oversight

This policy is reviewed regularly.
👉 We align with Islamic guidelines, halal certification bodies (e.g., JAKIM), and health authority standards. All staff are trained to follow this policy strictly.
