Cleanliness & Sanitation

We uphold strict hygiene standards before, during, and after every session. Treatment beds, linens, tools, and therapist hands are cleaned thoroughly before each appointment.

  • Fresh towels and body wraps for every client
  • Massage tools and equipment sanitised regularly
  • Used items are laundered or sanitised immediately
  • Cleanliness is part of respectful therapeutic care

Therapist Hygiene & Fitness to Work

Therapists must maintain excellent personal hygiene and are only allowed to work when they are fit and well.

  • Clean appearance, full uniform, trimmed nails, fresh grooming
  • No work allowed when showing symptoms such as fever, cough, cold, or skin infection
  • Health concerns must be reported to management
  • Random temperature checks may be carried out when needed

Client Health Screening

We assess each client’s condition to help ensure the session is suitable and safe.

  • Clients with contagious symptoms may be asked to reschedule
  • Clients are encouraged to disclose pregnancy, slipped disc, high blood pressure, injuries, or relevant health history
  • Massage techniques may be adjusted based on condition and safety needs

Protective items are used based on current safety needs or customer requests.

  • Face masks, gloves, or hand sanitiser used where appropriate
  • Can be applied for post-pandemic SOPs or special client comfort needs
  • Therapists are trained to follow protection protocols properly

  • For mobile sessions, therapists help prepare a quiet, clean, private area and bring essential equipment

Emergency Protocols

Therapists are trained to respond calmly and quickly to minor health incidents during treatment.

  • Sessions stop immediately if a client experiences dizziness, cramps, or fainting
  • Basic first response is given where needed
  • Emergency contact or medical help will be notified if required
  • All staff follow a clear response procedure
