Therapist Hygiene & Fitness to Work
Therapists must maintain excellent personal hygiene and are only allowed to work when they are fit and well.
- Clean appearance, full uniform, trimmed nails, fresh grooming
- No work allowed when showing symptoms such as fever, cough, cold, or skin infection
- Health concerns must be reported to management
- Random temperature checks may be carried out when needed

Client Health Screening
We assess each client’s condition to help ensure the session is suitable and safe.
- Clients with contagious symptoms may be asked to reschedule
- Clients are encouraged to disclose pregnancy, slipped disc, high blood pressure, injuries, or relevant health history
- Massage techniques may be adjusted based on condition and safety needs

- Face masks, gloves, or hand sanitiser used where appropriate

Emergency Protocols
Therapists are trained to respond calmly and quickly to minor health incidents during treatment.
- Sessions stop immediately if a client experiences dizziness, cramps, or fainting
- Basic first response is given where needed
- Emergency contact or medical help will be notified if required
- All staff follow a clear response procedure
