💳 Payment & Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring that all payment, booking, and refund processes are clear, fair, and transparent. This policy is designed to protect both our clients and our team, and to avoid misunderstandings in any financial transactions.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience.

👉 We accept cash, online transfer (FPX), QR code, and supported e-wallets.
👉 All payments must be made before or during the session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
👉 For corporate clients, an invoice will be issued with a mutually agreed payment term.


2. Deposit & Advance Booking

Some bookings may require a deposit to confirm the reservation.

👉 The standard deposit is 50% of the service fee, or as stated in ongoing promotions.
👉 A booking is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received and acknowledged by our team.
👉 If no deposit is received within the set time frame, the slot may be released to other clients.


3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change, but notice must be given in a respectful and timely manner.

👉 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
👉 Each client is allowed 1 free reschedule, as long as notice is given within the time limit.
👉 A minimum fee of RM30 will be charged for any second or subsequent rescheduling, or clients may be asked to pay the full fee in advance for the next booking.


4. Refund Policy

We practice a no-refund policy in most cases, unless a valid exception is approved by management.

👉 If a client cancels without notice or fails to show up (no-show), the deposit will be forfeited.
👉 If we cancel a session or fail to deliver service due to internal issues, the client is entitled to a full refund or may choose to reschedule at no extra charge.
👉 All refund requests must be made formally via WhatsApp or email, and supported by booking details or proof of payment.


5. Additional Charges (If Applicable)

Certain circumstances may involve additional charges based on location or special requests.

👉 Examples include:

  • Locations outside of standard service zones (outstation travel)

  • Requests for service outside normal hours (e.g., late night or early morning)

  • Special requests such as two therapists or longer sessions
    👉 Any extra charges will be clearly communicated and must be approved by the client before the session begins.


6. Promotions & Discounts

All promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions.

👉 Promotions are valid only during the stated period and are non-exchangeable for cash.
👉 Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
👉 Abuse or misuse of promotional offers may result in disqualification or cancellation of the discount.
