Staff Conduct & Scheduling Policy
Discipline, Professional Conduct & Team Standards That Protect Service Quality
We believe that the quality of massage service begins with discipline, professionalism,
and staff well-being. These standards help build trust, consistency, and a safer experience for clients.
Strong Standards Build Strong Teams
At Saowanee BodyWorks, every therapist represents the brand in front of the client.
That means punctuality, proper conduct, clean presentation, clear communication, and confidentiality are not optional —
they are part of the job standard. This page outlines those expectations for daily operations and therapist responsibility.
✔️ Clear attendance rules
✔️ Professional client boundaries
✔️ Clean uniform and grooming standards
✔️ Confidentiality and team integrity
01
Attendance & Time Discipline
All staff are required to follow their assigned schedules and respect time commitments. Therapists are expected
to arrive around 15–30 minutes early before appointments, whether at the premises or at the client’s location.
Any lateness, absence, or schedule change must be communicated in advance, and repeated lateness without valid reason
may lead to warnings or disciplinary action.
02
Professional Conduct & Boundaries
Staff are expected to behave with professionalism, courtesy, and respect at all times. The page states that
over-friendly behaviour or excessive small talk with clients is not allowed, and therapists must not ask personal
questions about a client’s relationship, finances, or physical appearance. Touch is strictly limited to treatment areas,
and any inappropriate request from a client must lead to the session being ended and reported to management.
03
Dress Code & Personal Hygiene
Therapists must always present themselves professionally. Company uniform must be worn and kept clean,
long hair should be tied neatly, nails trimmed, and body odour avoided. The page also discourages excessive accessories
or makeup in order to maintain a clean, respectful, and professional appearance.
04
Work Schedule & Rest
Schedules are managed on a rotation basis to protect both service consistency and staff well-being.
Staff receive weekly or monthly schedules that must be followed, breaks are provided after long or physically demanding sessions,
and staff are entitled to at least one rest day per week depending on business needs.
05
Internal Communication & Transparency
The page encourages open communication between staff and management. Health concerns, difficult clients,
or mental stress should be discussed privately and respectfully with the management team. Internal misunderstandings
or conflicts between staff are to be handled fairly and professionally.
06
Responsibility & Confidentiality
Every staff member represents the company and must act with integrity and trustworthiness. The page states that
personal bookings from company clients are not allowed without management approval, and client data, location details,
or session images must never be shared outside the team. Therapists also must not promote personal businesses or services
without prior permission.
Team Discipline Standard
Professional service quality starts long before the massage session begins.
Punctuality, boundaries, appearance, scheduling discipline, and confidentiality are what make a therapist feel safe,
reliable, and trustworthy in the eyes of the client. That is the real foundation of premium service. This last sentence
is an interpretation built from the policy’s overall message.
