This is our in-house mentorship journey — a complete pathway that takes you from beginner to professional, covering both foundational knowledge and advanced expertise.

Program Structure – 4 Phases

The mentorship journey is divided into four structured phases, each designed to prepare mentees for the next stage of growth and responsibility.

Mentee Terapi

Foundation phase with basics and safe techniques.

Assisted Practice

Guided exposure with real-world experience.

Independent Practice

Handle bookings independently with mentor review.

Pakar Terapi Bimbingan

Specialisation and leadership for advanced mastery.

📍 Phase 1 – Mentee Terapi (Foundation Phase)

Goal: Build a strong foundation for complete beginners.
What you’ll learn:
- Massage fundamentals & safe techniques
- Therapist posture & body mechanics
- Client care, ethics, and standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Simulated practice sessions with models
Duration: 1–2 months (flexible, depending on learning pace)

📍 Phase 2 – Assisted Practice (Guided Exposure)

Goal: Gain real-world experience under close supervision.
Activities include:
- Shadowing senior therapists during sessions
- Understanding client communication and setup
- Performing basic services such as Relaxing Massage and Aromatherapy
- Post-treatment feedback sessions with mentors
Duration: 1–2 months

📍 Phase 3 – Independent Practice (Real Bookings)

Goal: Transition into independent work as a junior therapist.
Key focus areas:
- Handling real customer bookings independently
- Applying SOP, timing, and customer service skills
- Practicing advanced techniques like stretching and pressure point therapy
- Receiving performance reviews and client feedback
Duration: 1–2 months

📍 Phase 4 – Pakar Terapi Bimbingan (Specialisation Phase)

Goal: Refine expertise and grow into a mentor and leader.
What this phase includes:
- Specialising in advanced techniques such as Deep Tissue Massage and Recovery Therapy
- Assisting in mentoring new mentees
- Participating in competitions, events, and continuous education
- Becoming eligible for certifications and promotions
Duration: Ongoing, based on performance and contribution
