Accepted Payment Methods
We provide several payment options for customer convenience and smoother booking confirmation. The page states
that Saowanee accepts cash, online transfer (FPX), QR code, and supported e-wallets. It also says payment
must be made before or during the session unless otherwise agreed in writing, and corporate clients may receive
invoicing with mutually agreed terms.

Deposit & Advance Booking
Some bookings require a deposit to secure the slot. The current page states that the standard deposit is
50% of the service fee, or according to an ongoing promotion. A booking is only considered
confirmed after the deposit is received and acknowledged, and if payment is not made within the stated time,
the slot may be released to another customer.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Changes must be made respectfully and on time. The page says cancellations or rescheduling should be made
at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Each client is allowed
1 free reschedule within that time limit. Any second or later reschedule may incur a
minimum RM30 fee, or require full advance payment for the next booking.

Refund Policy
The current page says Saowanee generally practices a no-refund policy unless a valid exception
is approved by management. If a client cancels without notice or does not show up, the deposit is forfeited.
If Saowanee cancels or cannot deliver the service due to internal issues, the client is entitled to a
full refund or may choose to reschedule at no extra charge. Refund requests must be made
formally through WhatsApp or email with booking details or proof of payment.

Additional Charges (If Applicable)
Some situations may involve extra charges. The page lists examples such as outstation or non-standard service
zone travel, service requests outside normal hours like late night or early morning, and special requests such
as two therapists or longer sessions. Any extra charge must be clearly communicated and approved by the client
before the session begins.

Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers are subject to their own terms. The page says promotions are valid only during the stated
period, are not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined unless clearly stated. Misuse or abuse of
promotional offers may result in cancellation or disqualification of the discount.
Deposit Rule
