We believe that the quality of massage service begins with discipline, professionalism, and staff well-being. This policy outlines the standards for therapist behaviour, dress code, time discipline, and scheduling responsibilities.
All staff must adhere to their assigned schedule and respect time commitments.
π Therapists are expected to arrive at least 15β30 minutes early before any appointment, whether at the premises or clientβs location.
π Any lateness, absence, or schedule changes must be communicated in advance to management.
π Repeated lateness without valid reasons (more than twice) may result in administrative warnings or disciplinary action.
All staff are expected to behave with professionalism, courtesy, and respect at all times.
π Over-friendly or excessive small talk with clients is not allowed.
π Therapists must never ask personal questions about a client’s relationship, finances, or physical appearance.
π Touching is strictly limited to the treatment area. If a client makes inappropriate requests, the therapist must end the session immediately and report it to management.
Therapists must always wear proper attire and present themselves professionally.
π Company uniform must be worn at all times and kept clean.
π Long hair must be tied neatly, nails trimmed, and body odour avoided.
π Excessive accessories or makeup are discouraged to maintain a clean and respectful appearance.
A clean and professional appearance reflects the integrity of our service.
Schedules are managed on a rotation basis to ensure both service consistency and staff well-being.
π Staff will receive a weekly or monthly work schedule that must be followed.
π Breaks will be provided after long or physically demanding sessions.
π Staff are entitled to at least one rest day per week, depending on business needs.
We encourage open communication between staff and management.
π Health concerns, difficult clients, or mental stress should be discussed privately and respectfully with the management team.
π Any internal misunderstandings or conflicts between staff will be addressed fairly and professionally.
Each staff member represents the company and must act with integrity and trustworthiness.
π Personal bookings from company clients are not allowed unless approved by management.
π Client data, location details, or session images must never be shared outside the team.
π Therapists must not promote personal businesses or services without prior permission.
We believe that disciplined, respectful, and valued staff deliver better service and earn greater trust. This policy is not designed to punish, but to build a strong, united, and professional team that our clients feel safe with.
