At Saowanee Authentic Thai Massage, we don’t just offer services — we shape future experts. Our Pakar Terapi Bimbingan and Mentee Terapi programs are designed to train individuals with no experience into confident, certified massage therapists.

What Is This Program About?

This is our in-house mentorship journey — from beginner to pro — guided by Asian Massage Champions and expert therapists.
We believe every great therapist starts with proper training, real guidance, and hands-on experience.

🧭 Program Structure – 4 Phases

📍 Phase 1 – Mentee Terapi (Foundation Phase)

Basic foundation training for those with zero experience.
🔸 Massage fundamentals & safe techniques
🔸 Therapist posture & body mechanics
🔸 Client care, ethics & SOP
🔸 Simulated practice on models
🕒 Duration: 1–2 months (flexible based on learning pace)

📍 Phase 2 – Assisted Practice (Guided Exposure)

Real-world exposure under supervision.
🔸 Shadowing senior therapists
🔸 Learning client communication and setup
🔸 Assigned basic services (e.g., Relaxing Massage, Aromatherapy)
🔸 Feedback sessions with mentor after each treatment
🕒 Duration: 1–2 months

📍 Phase 3 – Independent Practice (Real Bookings)

Taking responsibility as a junior therapist.
🔸 Handle real bookings independently
🔸 Apply SOP, timing, and customer handling skills
🔸 Practice deeper techniques (e.g., stretching, pressure point work)
🔸 Performance review & customer feedback
🕒 Duration: 1–2 months

📍 Phase 4 – Pakar Terapi Bimbingan (Specialisation Phase)

Mentorship towards mastery and leadership.
🔸 Specialise in advanced techniques (Deep Tissue, Recovery Therapy)
🔸 Assist in mentoring new mentees
🔸 Participate in competitions, events & ongoing learning
🔸 Eligible for certification and full promotion
🕒 Ongoing – Based on performance & contribution
