We manage all appointments using a time slot system to ensure fair, organized, and professional service delivery. This policy outlines how time slots are managed and your rights and responsibilities as a customer.
All available time slots depend on the therapist’s schedule and service location.
Time slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and may vary by area, massage type, and therapist availability.
Once a slot is booked, it will no longer be available to others to prevent double bookings.
Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive an official confirmation message from us via the app, WhatsApp, or our system.
We reserve the right to make slight adjustments to the appointment time (e.g., 10–15 minutes earlier or later) due to factors such as traffic, location, or therapist readiness. You will be notified in advance if any changes occur.
Customers may change their slot once free of charge, provided the request is made before the original appointment date and time.
Any second or subsequent change will be treated as a repeated cancellation. A minimum fee of RM30 will be charged for each additional change, or customers may be required to pay in full before making a new booking.
All slot changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time (or follow the policy set in the app).
If a customer is late, the session will still end at the original scheduled time.
Example: If you arrive at 9:40 AM for a 9:00–11:00 AM session, it will still end at 11:00 AM.
If a therapist is late, the session will be extended to reflect the delay.
Example: If the therapist starts at 9:30 AM, the session will end at 11:30 AM.
Slot booking is subject to mutual agreement between the customer and the management.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments under the following conditions:
Therapist emergency
Unavoidable travel delays
Unclear or unsafe customer location
We will offer an alternative date, time, or a replacement therapist if available.
If the customer is not present at the location or unreachable within 15 minutes after the slot begins, the session may be cancelled without refund.
Exceptions can be made in emergencies — but must be communicated to us in advance.
Your time slot information (such as date, time, location, and assigned therapist) is stored securely and confidentially.
Only authorized staff and the assigned therapist will have access to this information.
We will not share your time slot data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Frequent customers may receive priority access to limited high-demand time slots.
All priority bookings will be managed fairly and transparently, without discrimination.
