Slot Allocation & Availability
All available time slots depend on the therapist’s schedule and service location.
Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and may vary depending on area,
massage type, and therapist availability.
Once a slot is booked, it is no longer available to others in order to prevent double booking.

Booking Confirmation
An appointment is only considered confirmed after the customer receives an official confirmation
message from the business through the app, WhatsApp, or internal system.
Slight adjustments of around 10 to 15 minutes may happen due to traffic, location, or therapist readiness,
and customers will be informed in advance where possible.

Changes & Cancellations
Customers may change their slot once free of charge if the request is made before the original appointment date and time.
Any second or further change is treated as a repeated cancellation and may carry a minimum RM30 charge,
or require full payment before a new booking is made.
All changes or cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time,
or according to the booking app policy.

Late Arrival Rules
If a customer arrives late, the session still ends at the originally scheduled end time.
For example, a 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM session remains unchanged even if the customer arrives at 9:40 AM.
If the therapist is late, the session will be extended to reflect the delay so the client receives the intended duration.

Reschedule by Management
Slot booking is subject to mutual agreement between the customer and management.
The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment in situations such as therapist emergency,
unavoidable travel delay, or unclear or unsafe customer location.
In such cases, an alternative date, time, or replacement therapist may be offered if available.

Missed Slots & No-Show
If the customer is not present at the agreed location or cannot be reached within 15 minutes after the slot begins,
the session may be cancelled without refund.
Exceptions may be considered during emergencies, but this must be communicated in advance.

Time Slot Data Protection
Information related to time slots, such as date, time, location, and assigned therapist,
is stored securely and kept confidential.
Access is limited to authorized staff and the assigned therapist, and the information is not shared
with third parties without consent unless required by law.

Priority Access & Repeat Bookings
Frequent customers may receive priority access to high-demand time slots.
However, priority handling is still managed fairly and transparently without discrimination.
